Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  1. Our service operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents for both Singapore and Malaysia.
  5. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or immigration clearance.

Refund Policy

  1. You can purchase a Refundable Ticket to cancel your trip and receive a full refund for the trip fare and any additional services booked, as long as the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time.
  2. Without a Refundable Ticket, trip fares and any additional services booked are non-refundable.
  3. The cost of the Refundable Ticket will not be refunded.
  4. The refund typically takes 3 to 7 business days to your bank account, after initiated.

Pick-Up Delays

  1. Passengers holding refundable tickets are allowed a grace period of up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. During this grace period, passengers experiencing delays in being picked up will not be subject to cancellation fees.
  2. For passengers with non-refundable tickets, only a brief grace period will be provided from the scheduled pick-up time before additional charges apply.
  3. For delays exceeding the grace period, a waiting time charge of $30 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.

Passenger Capacity and Luggage

  1. We offer MPVs (Multi-Purpose Vehicles) for your journey. Please select the size of MPV that best suits your group size and luggage requirements.
  2. Each MPV has a designated maximum passenger capacity. Be aware of this limitation when booking your trip.
  3. Luggage can occupy passenger space. If your luggage exceeds the available space within the passenger capacity you booked, we may need to call an additional car to accommodate everyone. In this case, additional charges will apply.

Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

We maintain our vehicles to a high standard of safety and cleanliness. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific vehicle models or features at all times.

In the event of a breakdown or mechanical issue during transit, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle or alternative transportation to complete the journey in a timely manner.


Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the driver, other passengers, and any third parties encountered during the journey.

Any behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, or illegal will result in immediate termination of the service, and the offending passenger(s) may be removed from the vehicle at the discretion of the driver or company representative.


Liability and Indemnity

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms and conditions.
